How to install CWM recovery On XOLO A500

How To Install Clockworkmod Recovery on Lava Xolo A500.

  • Download Recovery Manager from here
  • Place the recovery img in the sd-card.
  • Open the app and click on ” Install recovery”.Select the recovery img that has been placed on the sd-card.
  • It will install the recovery.Thats it :)

Installation Instructions

  • COPY ROM ROOT OF YOUR SD CARD

  • BOOT YOUR DEVICE IN TO RECOVERY

  • BY PRESS AND HOLD VOLUME DOWN KEY + POWER BUTTON

  • DO WIPE DATA/FACTORY RESET

  • DO FORMAT CACHE PARTITION

  • GO ADVANCE MENU AND WIPE DALVIK CAHE TWICE

  • GO MOUNT & STORAGE 

  • FORMAT SYSTEM

  • FORMAT DATA

  • FORMAT CACHE

  • IF U WANT BACKUP YOUR DATA FIRST MAKE THEM OTHERWISE YOU LOOSE IT

  • FLASH THE ROM FROM RECOVERY

  • REBOOT DEVICE

  • BE PATIENT UNTIL YOU SHOW SETUP WIZARD

Prerequisite before Rooting XOLO A500

  1. Charge your phone’s battery at least 60%.
  2. Enable USB Debugging on your phone by going to Menu > Settings > Development > Check USB debugging box
  3. Do backup everything important like contacts, logs, messages with Super Backup.

Required Downloads to Root XOLO A500

  1. Root_with_restore_by_bin4ry_v30.zip [Download Link]

How to Root XOLO A500

Below is the working method to One-Click Root XOLO A500.

  1. Download and extract Bin4ry rooting script to your desktop.
  2. Connect your device to PC, and drivers will be installed wait for it.
  3. Now open RunMe.bat file.
  4. Click 1 to choose normal mode.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions.
  6. Wait for Rooting XOLO A500 and your XOLO A500 will get rooted.
  7. You have successfully rooted your XOLO A500 now.

How to increase ringtone volume for zopo mobile phone, after setting the follow steps successfully, reboot your device.

level
level 6 is the max
level 1 is min
after setting finished, reboot your device
  

For some version rom, we can not save the level 6.  then follow this, only change the max vol to 160.
