Process
1. Download files from links provided below.
AIO Tool for pc.

ICS Update.zip
Intel Android USB Driver for pc. (don’t download, if
you
already have installed)
2. Install AIO tool. (Follow instruction provided in the aio tool to Setup, **Preferable Windows system type: 32bit).
3. In xolo, Go to Setting > about Phone > Advanced Settings
> Enable USB Debugging.
4. Copy
299 mb ics “update.zip” in
usb storage.
5. In xolo, go to Setting > security > screen lock > NONE.
6. In xolo, go to Setting > Display > Sleep > select 30 minutes.
7. Disable Data or remove sim. (there is a reason behind it)
8. In xolo, go to Setting > about phone > System updates > Update from usb storage.
9. Now, after update, your phone will boot normally but you can’t see anything. Now
connect
your Xolo with
computer. You can see, Xolo_X900 portable device is showing in
your computer.
10. Now open AIO Tool, Select Option 7 (for rooting).
Then you will be asked to see in your device and click on
Restore. But problem is
that,
you can’t see anything.
11. Tap on RESTORE
12. Then you will get successful message & your xolo will be rebooted.
13. Now your xolo is rooted. But still you have black screen. Download this file: boot image file
14. Go to C:\SanDiego\tools\downgrade and delete all files which are there.
15. Copy boot.img from image.zip( you have just downloaded ) in C:\SanDiego\tools\downgrade
16. Go to C:\SanDiego\tools & open command prompt &
copy paste below codes one by one...
adb kill-server
adb start-server adb wait-for-device
adb push C:\SanDiego\tools\flashtool data/local/tmp
C:\SanDiego\tools\adb.exe shell chmod 755 data/local/tmp/flashtool adb push C:\SanDiego\tools\downgrade data/local/tmp
adb shell su
cd /data/local/tmp
./flashtool –i boot –w boot.img
17. Then you will see something like:
Flashing ‘boot.img’
to
boot osip[0]
Writing 6437376 byte image to osip[0] Slot 0 used by osip 2
18. Now reboot your device & you will get your display back.
19. Then open sandiego tool to enable sd card (option11) , mass storage (option 12), both sd card (option 14)
20. To run games which are not working on x900, update lib houdini (option 31).
You are done. Enjoy...
To Unroot
· Download this file:
37mb Update
· Copy in C:\SanDiego\tools and
rename as “37mb.zip”
· Reboot xolo in bootloader (vol down + power).
· Go to command prompt & paste below codes:
