How to root XOLO Q2500



The Xolo Q2500 is the latest Android phablet released by Xolo back in March this year. The Xolo Q2500 comes with a 6 inches HD display powered by a 1.3GHz quad-core Mediatek chipset and 1GB RAM. Since the device comes with a price tag of just Rs. 14,499, it is considered quite value for money if you compare it with other phablets. Like most other Xolo smartphones, you can root Xolo Q2500 using the vroot program as well – but make sure you are using a Windows-based PC for this procedure. Prerequisites before you begin rooting Xolo Q2500
  1. Download the vroot program to your PC.
  2. Make sure you have installed the necessary device driver before moving on.
  3. Make sure you have enabled USB Debugging from your device’s settings.
  4. Make sure you have at least 50% battery remaining you on your device.
  5. Back up the Xolo Q2500 phablet.

Follow the steps below on how to root Xolo Q2500

  1. Install vroot on your PC by double-clicking on its icon.
  2. Open the vroot program on your PC.
  3. Connect the Xolo Q2500 to your PC using an appropriate USB cable.
  4. Make sure your PC is able to detect your device before moving on.
  5. use vroot to root Xolo Q2500Go to the program and click on the ROOT button ( Green button ) to begin rooting the device.
  6. The program may take quite awhile to root your device. You’ll be prompted once your device has been rooted.
  7. Your device will automatically be rebooted.
