Here will update the kernel patch change logs.
Notice : Guys , don't get confused on all previous patches for 4.4 based roms,
Patch 1 , Patch 3, Camera Patch & now Kernel Patch, all are the same but updated versions respectively. So you don't need to go for older patches, just use the kernel patch attached.
