How to Update XOLO Q800 With Jellybean 4.2.1 Official

Dear All,
Android version upgrade role out has started now.
It will be rolled out in phases as there are different software versions.Entire role out will be completed by Friday.And a complete binary will be made available at xolo.in.Really appreciate your patience and support.

3. Now Root Your Phone And  Flash Stock Recovery via Mobile uncle toolsdownload stock recovery here
Follow this to flash STOCK Recovery

STEP 1: Download Farmaroot 1.5.3 APK from this link

Install framaroot

STEP 2: open app and select super su from dropdown menu

Select boromir now n reboot your phone.

Download Stock Recovery

Locate recovery.img and extract from rar file (you can use es file explorer or easy unrar lite for that)

Now place recovery.img in root of your SD card

STEP 4: Download Mobile Uncle tools from play store

STEP 5: Open Mobile Uncle tools and select Recovery Update (as in pic below)

Dont forget To rename Stockrecovery.img into recovery.img

Following Screen will pop up showing recovery.img, select recovery.img n select ok, then reboot into recovery

4.UNROOT your Phone From the ROOT APP By CLICKING FULLY unroot option.
 and DOwnload Update Here and flash it

Or GOT TO Software Update.
